Our Aim
Growth and learning are the summation of all we try to do with the children who are entrusted to our care. We aim to do the very best we can for every child who comes into our school, to maximise their talents and potential, to give them a solid grounding in basic academic work and to open their eyes and minds to the world that awaits them.
Fealsúnacht na Scoile
‘Sé aidhm na scoile ná an meon “Fás agus Foghlaim” a chothú i ngach páiste a thagann faoin ár gcúram. Tá sé mar chuspóir againn a bfhuil de mhaitheas i ngach páiste a chothú agus a chur chun foirfeachta, bunús daingean sa léinn a leagan iontu agus a n-intinne a mhúscailt sa saol atá rompu.'
Our School
The pupils in our school come from the parish of Killimer, Knock and Burrane and surrounding areas. We are very proud of our school and we are aware of the proud tradition we inherit from the Community and beyond. Burrane N.S. is situated in the picturesque area of Burrane in County Clare. Our school is a rural co-educational school with two mainstream classes. There are currently 35 children in our School.
